I find that statement very offensive.

Even if you aren't a religious person, the Bible is historical in nature
because of its influence on Western civilization.

The Bible most likely requires a lot of work to translate and I think that
this would be a great HOWTO because this is such an influential book, whether
you're a Christian or not.
