I get ca. 130 Spam mails per day, and most of those are chock full of
graphics and other fat attachments.  Spamassassin running at my ISP
ensures I don't knowingly download them when I pop the rest of my
(real) mail.

I expect I get at least that many each day from the debian-user
mailing list, but like ####@####.#### those are generally small
text only messages.

If you have a problem getting ten mails a day from a list, there must
be something wrong somewhere.
