The German LDP project as listed in http://tldp.org/vlist.html#te, 
http://www.linuxhaven.de/dlhp/, seems to be quite dead indeed.  I check it 
regularly for new items, to put into TLDP WN, but the last half year 
nothing new has seen the daylight there.  If somebody else volunteers to 
help you with this, that would be better, but if you don't find anybody, I 
understand enough German to review your text - don't ask me to do spelling 
checks, however ;-)
