Yes. thats the one I was talking about. Anybody who
believes that their documents will be taken over in a
hostile just because they allow modifications should
note that there are some careful measures being taken
to protect against this.

* proposal and presentation of an alternative
version
of course. all these stuff arent guaranteed and isnt
as convenient as simply not allowing any
modifications in the license itself but I believe
allowing modifications fits the purposes of tldp more
