To appease sensibilities and lawyers, just have something prominent at
the top of the thing stating that every effort has been made to
contact the copyright holder, to no avail, and request said person to
contact TLDP at his/her convenience to resolve the situation and to set
the record straight. Explain that the only alternative was to throw it
away as it had grown so out of date and moldy with errors.
