definetely the tldp stylesheets sucks there are more options available
in the standart sheets. just run the XML source against the html/docbook.xsl
you will at least get a valid html or xhtml
one of the pitties of custom stylesheets is, one tries to make it with a
specific version the tldp xsl sheets are refering "Updated to reference
Norm's 1.44 stylesheets " that is ages ago
Stop producing pdf with htmldoc as both FOP and passivetex are good in
producing quality pdf.
