It's been reported to me that anoncvs.linuxdoc.org isn't working
properly, so I tested it out:

mkomarinski@clint:~/foo$ cvs -d ####@####.#### get LDP/guide/docbook/Tuning-Linux
cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to anoncvs.linuxdoc.org:2401 failed: Connection refused
mkomarinski@clint:~/foo$

cvsweb.linuxdoc.org isn't the same either.  Redirects to gabber.metalab.unc.edu, with
no links to the CVS tree.
