I am thinking about writing a HOWTO about System V Init. I know some other HOWTO such as From Power Up to Bash Prompt HOWTO has briefly mentioned about it, but it is not clear enough, and I can't find other useful doc about SysVinit online. I am here to ask if anyone of you think it is necessary to have this HOWTO, or SysVinit is too easy to have a HOWTO.
