If you can write 80 or 500 pages on any of the above, then clearly
there's enough information to warrant a HOWTO.

Did you ignore everything I wrote?

   If there is enough interest for a LAMP project to sustain
   itself over time, why in the world wouldn't the LDP host a
   well-written HOWTO about it?

If gopher were an active technology with a healthy user base,
then the LDP should consider accepting a well-written HOWTO.

In your case, I'd suggest a HOWTO topic: How to discourage
volunteers with negative comments about the value of their
work (with an appendix on irrational analogies).
