I haven't exercised the HOWTO, just read it over. Here are some
notes. I'll exercise it later when I have more time.

1.1: Is that the permanent URL, or will it move to somplace in the CVS
tree? Eric, I know you have some of your documents on your own web
site; will this also be available there?

2. "evil shitheads". I'm no prude, Murphy knows, but I don't think
crude language belongs in technical documentation. Even if they are
both. Also, other than occasional humor (like your delightful
warning to attack lawyers) this is a technical document, not a
rant. Exercise your considerable humor and command of the language,
and come up with a new term. Maybe "...the IP-suppressants at
   the..."

4. It is possible to specify yum.conf files with (I believe) -c. The
reader could select repositories at installation time by writing
separate yum.conf files and selecting them at run time. I don't
know if there is an analogous option for up2date.

5.2 Typo alert: "I'm a big fan of Audacity (but be aare that some":
  that should probably be "aware".

7. There is a "copyright" entity available in both HTML and SGML/XML.

I believe you have to have a copy of the GFDL in your document,
rather than simply citing it. See
  http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html#TOC4.
