I was just looking through some Partition HOWTOs and found this:

In my opinion these two documents should be combined into one. Specifically
the second one would work well as a section of the first one. I'm not sure
if jdd's was originally a mini-HOWTO?
I just thought I'd throw this on the table for discussion. At a minimum
the Linux Partition HOWTO on the TLDP site should be brought up-to-date,
or removed if the authors would prefer to maintain the document only on
their own site.
I've emailed Tony Harris and Kristian Koehntopp (authors of Linux
Partition HOWTO). I am hoping that jdd is still subscribed to the discuss list as
there is not an email address listed in his HOWTO document.
