I would look forward to seeing this document.  I have run into the DVD 
vs. DCMA problem and writing my congressman has not put any movies up on 
my monitor yet.  So I would love to see some documentation on how to 
play DVD's with Linux.  From your other documents it looks like you have 
the skills to do this.  If you need a guinea pig to test things please 
let me know.
