don't you think all this discussion is largely pointless?
the LDP did an error modifying a licence in place.
used or not, this error can be easily corrected and so must be.
It's enough to set at the link given an html page explaining the situation.
"conting at xx date, a LDP 2.0 licence (link) was placed here. before
this date the licence linked here was slightly different, but we fail
founding the relevant text. If you have archived it, please let us know.
due to XXXX (date) the new recommended licence is.."
