There was some interest on wiki technology recently. Maybe the wiki gurus would
be willing to experiment the system with whatis documents?

Only 1 license should be allowed. With the GPL you don't have to bother about
missing maintainers - you just fork.

It'd be very interested in watching 1) how wikis scale, and how they can be
modified to support whatis 2) how such small references could be used within
howtos 3) how people would use this "linux encyclopedia"
A whatis project seems perfectly consistant with TLDP goals. What about finding
volunteers to create a team?
