distros HOWTO are always out of date, of course, they are often 6 month
old from LDP web site point of view... let alone the numerous people
that use 6 month old distribution, making at leat one year old HOWTO's.
that is why it's important to quote the LDP site in the HOWTO's
this don't mean we don't want to work, of course. but I recently revised
Guylhem's french HOWTO and despite it was two years old, there where
very little things to change.
