I've just discovered that the conversion of LinuxDoc to HTML and of
DocBook to HTML result in a different naming scheme for chunks. This is
where a large HTML file is split up into a separate file for each
section.

For DocBook, the chunk names are the same as the label name. For
LinuxDoc, the chunk names are the same as the title of the doc with a
numeric prefix. For example:

fuel-eff-20th.html
fuel-eff-20th-1.html
fuel-eff-20th-2.html
fuel-eff-20th-3.html

For LinuxDoc, these always remain the same unless you change the title
of your doc. Thus when people link to them, or search engines index the
contents, they will still be found, even if you have changed the labels
of the sections (chunks). In LinuxDoc, the labels are optional but are
often used for internal HTML references within the doc.

In DocBook, if you change the labels, you change the name of the chunk
file to the name of the new label and results in broken links on the
Internet. Search engines can no longer find it and you lose search
engine rating (based on the number of other sites that linked to you but
now have broken links).

Another point favoring LinuxDoc over DocBook unless there's an easy way
to make DocBook behave like LinuxDoc for naming of chunks.
