I just pointed it out. I have nothing against FDL myself. It was
designed to protect some policitical statements of GNU within GNU
documentation like the manifesto inside emacs. It doesnt fit that well
into pure manuals without an agenda. Debian most likely wont distribute
fdl'ed documents but users definitely can view or download these stuff.
If the document is good I am sure it will reach its audience inspite of
any hurdles like licensing issues.
The GNU/Linux tools summary needs more content but the basic stuff is
there. It is not redundant and would definitely be a valuable addition.
