There's probably a bunch of other things wrong with this article, it has 
never been reviewed or spell checked. It is not even licensed in any way, 
it's just a text I wrote...  And it is not finished, as you can see.  Greg 
promised to send me info about the years just before and after 2000, but I 
think I'll have to remind him about this.
