The only qualification necessary is an interest to do it Val. You dont
have to been linus to write the kernel howto. When I first wrote the LDP
FAQ I knew very few stuff about LDP. I had an interest to do it and I
did. I heard a few complains, some corrections and I have been improving
it. Just a small example to consider
