No, you are wrong! You didn't "just had to send this". Mary just
stated that she doesn't like that.
In regards to the Encourage Women HOWTO. There is really no doubt that
the problems exist, but it suggests a micro solution to a macro problem.
There is; women against women sexism, men against men sexism, men against
women sexism, and women against men sexism. The HOWTO seems to address
the last two, one in an open manner and one in a hidden manner. The now
infamous coffee incident shouldn't even be an issue. A CEO should have
just as much responsibility for getting the coffee as anyone else,
using it as a power play is absurd. The Encourage Women HOWTO
addresses real problems, but it also builds a wall that shouldn't be
built.
If you can't see that, you are nothing more than a rodolfool <grin>, gee
I just had to say that *NOT*.
