Dont understimate the value of $50 especially if the authors are living 
in some developing countries. Its nearly half of my salary for example. 
We could cycle some relevant ads. It goes beyond that. Like you said IBM 
and Redhat  might be contacted regarding this ASAP. Is anyone having 
prior experience with this volunteering?
