That is not very helpful.

I think the calendar in question starts with year 1 when Muhammad was 
kicked out of Mecca. Apparently they go by this calendar in Saudi 
Arabia. I think they go by it in Egypt also but since I can't read 
Arabic numbers very well I can not be sure on that one.
