Oh my point here is basically semantic. I agree that it's fine (useful)
to say "perhaps we should treat this HOWTO similarly to Al Dev's", I
just think reducing it to the noun phrase "an Al Dev" as in "looks like
another Al Dev" or "let's do an Al Dev on this" is pushing it, both in
terms of usefulness and of politeness.
