Decision based on strong support, with a possible vote on the staff list.

I think there is enough support to remove Al Dev howtos at once. Not only do
they contain useless/wrong "informations", but there have been allegations of
plagiarism. This is more than enough to be suspicious.

My proposal is:
1) we remove the docs at once.
2) we put them on top of the reviewing process - with a technical review by 2
persons
3) we re include them as soon as Al has fixed the documents i.e. when both
technical reviewers agree the content is now shippable, and when we will be sure
than the documents have not been written with google and Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V. It will
take some time but it will be better for everyone.

Greg, please remove them *now* if you can. I take full responsability for this
and will reply to Al email.

I am sorry I could not reply anytime earlier but I'm now working as a MD
resident full time ; commuting takes ~2h each way each day, my DSL connection is
no longer working since I got into a new flat, I got a bad cold while giving a
conference in Luxembourg, etc.

I can not give any date to be completely productive again, yet I will try to
release by this week a proposal to fix the problem of old and wrong HOWTOs based
on the messages posted on the list. Everything should be much better when I'll
have DSL working again.

Best regards,
Guylhem
