I think it looks good. Congrats!
One thing to consider which you don't appear to have done: physical
security. Anyone signing in materials should be given a signed sheet
listing (right down to serial numbers?) what they're bringing in.
Someone should be at the door(s) checking these sheets for materials
going out. People may want to label their stuff as well. If the fest
breaks for lunch, lock the doors or make sure someone's going to be
there.

That worked too (though leaving off the final "l" yeilds a fairly
spectacular error :-).
