I will second the suggestion to include the Templates and
also suggest looking through the author pages of TLDP web
to see if there are other files worth adding too.

I think this is a good idea. Just to be sure I would recommend
you state somewhere (in comments or in package name) that this
is based around DocBook to avoid people mixing DocBook with
LinuxDoc SGML, which has been seen in the past.
