As a departure from the heady discussions that have been going on the 
past few weeks, here is something more mundane.

I can't get emacs or xemacs to work right so I'm in the market for an 
editor. I've looked at freshmeat and sourceforge but I did not find 
anything that met my requirements:

open source
spell checking
DocBook XML validating
produces HTML
is past release 1.0
must work on Linux :-)
