IMHO, ldp has a wiki setup on WikiLearn. It might be appropriate to (someday)
move it to tldp.org.

Is there something where security is not a problem of some sort? A wiki is
somewhat less secure than some other web pages. I will "maintain" and
promote ldp pages on WikiLearn until some security problem arises that cannot
be resolved.

That is my plan (on WikiLearn). If somebody wants it on tldp.org, I am
willing to work with other people to get that done (but will almost certainly
keep the pages on WikiLearn until there is a working (t)wiki on tldp.org.

Agreed. I will work towards having a complete list of HOWTOs on WikiLearn,
and identify authors / HOWTOs that will allow:
* (eventually) their HOWTO to be "published" on WikiLearn (and feedback via
WikiLearn)
* feedback via WikiLearn (but do not want their HOWTO published on
WikiLearn)
* neither of the above
