that is you distribute a sgml source, no? the displayed form can be
nearly anything, embedded or not.
it's _a feature_ and it's important.
the only true thing: I don't want to be credited of a work (possibly
wrong) that is not mine.
all the rest: money, adds, I don't bother.
the more, the better, paid, free, as you like.
when somebody understand he paid for something free He will blame
himself and be more intelligent the next time :-)
