Could someone please do this for the 'standard' ldp stylesheets so that
A4 (narrower than American Letter) pages can accommodate 72-character
lines at the second level of sub-section nesting?
Or if this makes for an impossibly small font, drop down to a 64-char
line, and advise authors accordingly?
