The second one I show is more commonly used. Many people add
subsections to a chapter that go one deep, but you can go as far as
sect5, if needed. If you're subsectioning a chapter beyond that, maybe
it's time to investigate an alternate organization of the information!
I know this belongs on the docbook list, but I wanted to make sure the
information reached the person who asked!
