Assuming that you have an interest in Linux, if you wouldn't mind
reading the Spanish-HOWTO, then provide your general opinion.  I would hope 
that you could get a basic understanding of Linux by reading it.  As I looked
through it and picked out the english titles and such, it appears that it needs to be updated.  For example, the paragraph about Debian mentions the FSF.  If
the text says something about the FSF endorsing or supporting Debian, that
section should be updated, because that is currently not the case.

Rewriting it in Spanish maybe good, maybe someone else on the list can
comment on that?

There are some good Linux introductions written in English, so a
translation probably wouldn't be necessary.  If you are interested in
doing translations in general, your talents could be helpful to the
GNU/Linux community.  Thanks for offering your help.
