Subject: problem with xemacs editing DocBook XML

First let me say that my real goal is to be able to write and maintain
my own DocBook XML file, specifically the Installfest HOWTO. At this
point I'm just trying to get Xemacs to work for me.

Ok, so here is where I'm stuck, I have a valid DocBook XML file (from
Tabatha, so it must be good!) loaded into Xemacs but when I try to
"Move, next trouble spot" or any other Move, Xemacs beeps and puts the
following message into the minibuffer:
IO error reading /home/rick/installfest: Is a directory

FYI, /home/rick/installfest is the directory that contains the file that
I am editing.
