I agree with people who have suggested that we use Wiki.

One additional benefit of Wiki is that most Wiki generate a RSS feed.

The RSS feed can be incorporated on the front page of the tldp.org

As soon as a document is updated in Wiki or receives any comments, a link
to that document will show up on RSS and the front page of the tldp.org

This will allow the readers, to view the documents that have been recently
updated or commented upon right from the front page.
