If there is consensus among the reviewers that an issue tracking
system would be useful, I'd strongly suggest looking at Request
Tracker (http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/) over Bugzilla. RT has
more functionality and seems more flexible.

I've recently installed RT on a Debian woody system, and have a
long set of notes on the process. I'd be willing to provide
those and/or help set RT up on a LDP server, should that be
desirable.

I might even be able to set up RT in my shared hosting
environment, but I'm not sure it's possible. RT has a specific
set of requirements that may not be available to me.
