It's just missing the file that it's supposed to be pointing to. This will
be fixed when the markup is added to the resources page.

The reasons are two fold:
- it wasn't in the original document
- it wasn't in the original document.

db2html did it. *shrug* The final transformation from DocBook to ***
format is done by whatever stylesheets the LDP currently uses when I email
Greg and tell him that my document is ready to go live.

You're right, it could. But it probably won't. More information on CVS
belongs in the CVS HOWTO, not in the Author Guide (in my opinion).
