So, let's see what we have so far. The following documents got serious,
well-pronounced and supported critics, in sofar that even non-specialist
readers can understand what is wrong with them on the level of technical
correctness or opinions expressed. These can be moved to our "in review"
section again, and as far as I'm concerned, Al Dev can have his probation
time as suggested and try to do something about it. Adding credits for
the people from whom he took over is one such thing to do.

PHP-HOWTO (has already been removed from Single list of HOWTOs)
C-C++Beautifier-HOWTO
Kernel-HOWTO
C++ Programming HOWTO
I think we all agree that the above list should be retired (be it
temporarily or not) from the distribution list.
