I don't know. We have tried contacting him before when removing some of
the worse HOWTOs he wrote (C++ being a case in point) without apparent
response.
I have yet to see an Al Dev HOWTO that is of a good enough quality to
be distributed by the LDP. I should really get to work on critiquing the
remaining ones, so they can be removed.
