Unfortunately for you, you have found a documentation discussion
list, not a bona fide user's group or similar list. I'd suggest
look for a Linux users group in your area.
This list exists to cover questions on documentation about Linux as
part of the Linux Documentation Project.
And a few notes. I imagine that you are using "Red Hat Linux 7.3"
not "Linux 7.3", because there is no such thing sa Linux 7.3.
You may find that the KDE list is a good place to research and ask
