Is that because the last time that Caldera tried to win the lottery by 
suing a deep pockets company over alleged anti-competitive practices 
over a technology that Caldera never developed, the target was 
Microsoft? Or because Caldera's PR machine seems to have borrowed 
Microsoft's PR style?

What surprises me is how easily SCO has been able to deceive people into 
thinking of them as SCO, rather than Caldera with a new fictitious 
business name.
