I think we should first:
1. Check with a lawyer if this is really a license violation
2. Issue a press release asking SCO to immediately stop this license violation
(a PR is mean to be spread to the media, etc.)
3. Do what is needed to make that stop.

It could be SCO or anybody else - the real problem is we can not tolerate
license violations of the documents we release under a free license.
