SCO definitely doesn't want to see headlines like this right now;

"SCO in violation of license, Court orders removal of offending material"

"In an ironic twist to the on-going saga of SCO Group's as yet
unsubstantiated claims against the Open Source community, A court today
found SCO group in violation of Open Source licensing terms. The Court
ordered SCO Group to immediately remove the offending material from their
site and to comply fully with the license terms.

This ruling is expected to further damage SCO Group's high profile
case against IBM in particular an Linux in general, a case which has been
widely dismissed by those familiar with the allegations."
