As mentioned in previous posts, the SCO Group hosts quite a number of LDP
documents on its server at http://docsrv.caldera.com:8457/en/index.html.

However, the SCO Group, on its page at http://www.sco.com/company/legal/
imposes *additional* legal requirements on the documentation it hosts,
*including* the author-copyrighted LDP documents.

Use of the software and documentation from this site is subject to the
license terms set forth in a Caldera License Agreement.
The license agreement is available for review whenever software
     is downloaded at this site.

Did the LDP or any of the authors of LDP documentation agree to a "Caldera
License Agreement"?

It seems to me that the LDP has cause for legal action here.
