My glossary for FreeS/WAN, in HTML and under GPL:

http://www.freeswan.org/freeswan_trees/freeswan-1.8/doc/glossary.html

has links to several others including a couple of RFCs which are glossaries
for various parts of the Internet.

I think a good project for a volunteer would be to get the appropriate
permissions then DocBook-ify those RFCs. Methinks quite a few projects
could use the results.
