This is the second post I thought might be helpful. (Well, timewise,
this is the first, the other came later.) This only addresses a
business card cd with ~ 50 MB capacity.

The initial numbers give the numbers of sectors (of 2048 Bytes each!).
Extra size (Memorex) ATIP start of lead out: 359849 (79:59/74)
359849 * 2048 Bytes = aprox. 702.8 MB
Full size (SONY) ATIP start of lead out: 336075 (74:43/00)
336075 * 2048 Bytes = aprox. 656.4 MB
Full size (Generic) ATIP start of lead out: 335100 (74:30/00)
335100 * 2048 Bytes = aprox. 654.5 MB
Full size (Kodak) ATIP start of lead out: 333226 (74:05/01)
333226 * 2048 Bytes = aprox. 650.8 MB
Mini CD ATIP start of lead out: 95475 (21:15/00)
95475 * 2048 Bytes = aprox. 186.5 MB
BBC ATIP start of lead out: 26850 (06:00/00)
26850 * 2048 Bytes = aprox. 52.4 MB

taking your figure and the size from the output above results in about
1250 KBytes for fixating the disk!

If it takes the same amount for fixating the disk i get ~ 185.25 MB for the mini CD blanks.
