What's the best way to link to other HOWTO documents in a HOWTO? I've
been putting links to www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/..., but it hit me that
people reading this on a mirror or off-line might prefer to have
relative links. Then again, if they only have the one document, the
relative links won't help...
My apologies if this is a FAQ...
