I'm concerned about what to do about authors that no longer have time to
adequately maintain their document(s). Lampadas needs to allow them to
ask for help, or request that someone else take over the doc. In
addition, I think we need to warn authors to be selective on who they
allow to take over their doc. In one case I've looked at, it seems that
the new maintainer only made the document worse, rather than improved on
it.

But email allows more thought in responses and IMO is a good way to
communicate.
Another point is that I think we should suggest to new volunteers that
helping with Lampadas is a possibility (provided that the volunteer has
done some programming in the past). I think that Tabatha did this once
but Guylhem didn't think it a good idea. Since David M. can't spend
much time on it now, we definitely need more help with lampadas.
