David...I stumbled across a nice Linuxdoc Reference HOWTO written
by Uwe Böhme.  Uwe indicated we could use it; but said it may require
some "wordsmithing":

What DTD? Does it normalize linuxdoc markup to be valid linuxdoc XML?
