I would prefer that project (which is currently being discussed on the staff
list) to be handled separately so that it will not distract volunteers from the
most important efforts. I mean I'm just writing an early draft of the
specifications, we have yet to decide the technical platform, etc. so why bother
now?
Moreover, it is far easier to find volunteers for a software project than it is
for documentation, so do not focus on that subproject. I think I can handle it
for now :-)
