Is this mailing list ever used? I've been subscribed for a long time,
and in fact volunteered to be a reviewer early last year, but nothing
ever came of it. And very few posts to the ediotrs list are ever made.

I've never quite understood the review/editing policy - is this
conducted purely on a peer-to-peer basis, or on some third mailing list?
Are calls for assistance ever sent out? I'm likely to respond to a call
for assistance but don't really know where to seek LDP review work...
